4 It is informed to all concerned that the meeting of Standing Committee on unfair means cases was held on 05.01.2021 & 06.01.2021 and after considering the cases registered against the candidates in respect of University Teaching Departments/Affiliated Degree Colleges/University Affiliated Engineering Colleges/Distance Education Exam. held in November-2020, the reports of the subject experts on the basis of material available on record and the statement made by the student before the Standing Committee during personal/written statements hearing requests of the candidates for reconsideration on pervious decision of the standing committee on umc, the committee has taken the decision unanimously as under:-
